Production Company (Head of Production, Producer, Bidder,
Production Manager) beginning with the bidding stage of the project by:

Expediting research on talent or sport on hand. Assessing and recommending
locations, technical advisors and stunt coordinators that will best assist the
production company's needs through our established sports industry contacts, athlete
relationships and sport specific knowledge. |

ATHLETE/TALENT - PRODUCTION LIAISON
Continue on with Production Company after casting has been
completed and talent has been booked or other support services employed.
Assisting with but not limited to: |

Informing talent of shoot information, call times, wardrobe, handle contracts (Taft-Hartley/SAG) and talent's agent. Shoot day assistance to ensure proper arrival time, talent is where they should be; wardrobe, makeup, location, ensure safety of talent, relay problems or suggestions from talent to Production, etc. Same assistance for Technical advisor/stunt coordinator if needed. |

LOCATION SCOUTING
AthleteSource can perform OR expedite finding, assessing and recommending locations or location scouts that will best suit clients' production needs. |

TECHNICAL ADVISING or STUNT COORDINATING
Recommending sport specific technical advisors and stunt coordinators who are experienced in helping to maintain a safe environment for talent, can advise or assist Director to help enhance and expedite shooting and tailor stunts to maintain and increase visual impact according to your client’s performance requirements.
